The title of the book means that we have contaminated matter to the point of not perceiving the Universe, while going backwards we can see how the oldest civilizations were much more connected with nature than we are today. And by nature we do not mean only animals, plants and landscapes, even for example a loved one of ours who has gone to the other world; thinking that there is nothing we are influenced to fall into oblivion, blocking ourselves to an Earthly existence.
